As part of the 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted an updated 9% Housing Tax Credit Full Application Submission Log on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/competitive-9-housing-tax-credits.
The Application Log includes a list of 9% Credits returned to the Department in 2025, which are now reflected in the estimated amount available for allocation in each Subregion or Set-Aside.
