The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance division has posted a recording of its Unit Status Report & Income/Rent Tool for Multifamily Compliance, and related handouts, to its presentations webpage at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations. This training was offered live online on Friday, November 7, 2025.
The Unit Status Report & Income/Rent Tool for Multifamily Compliance training was led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, guiding participants through the Unit Status Report (USR) and using the Department’s online Income and Rent Tool as a resource. The intention of the webinar was to offer owners, management, and staff an opportunity to watch compliance monitors complete the required USR and ask questions during the completion of the report. Owners, management, and staff were also given the opportunity to view the Income and Rent Tool being used, and ask questions about this process and resource.
