The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance division has posted the recording of Scary, Spooky Fees in Multifamily Compliance training, and related handouts, to its presentations webpage at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations. This training was offered live online on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
The Scary, Spooky Fees in Multifamily Compliance webinar was led by TDHCA staff, and provides a detailed training on the applicable fees associated with programs monitored by the Multifamily Compliance Division. The intention of this webinar was to serve as an informational session only, and gave TDHCA housing partners an opportunity to ask general questions about allowable and disallowable fees, along with what is required of property staff, management, and ownership. Staff did not discuss specific properties or issues of noncompliance. This is a general webinar regarding fees.
