TDHCA Multifamily Compliance has posted online the recent training series related to the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program (Section 811 PRA) and HOTMA changes.
The series spotlighted the Department’s Section 811 PRA Program, and how participating properties and units are impacted by changes to the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA). Session 1 covered general changes, session 2 covered Move-In, Initial, and Interim Recertifications, and Session 3 covered Annual Recertifications.
The webinars run from under two hours to three hours in length. Viewers should have a better understanding of the impact HOTMA will have on Section 811 PRA units after watching the three sessions.
