The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Training, along with related handouts, that was presented on January 21, 2026, is now available online at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations.
The training was led by TDHCA’s Multifamily Compliance staff and provided owners, syndicators, managers, and on-site staff the information they need to know in order to comply with the requirements of the HTC programs.
