The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Compliance division hosted a webinar on Acquisitions, Rehabs and Re-syndication of funds. The presentation focuses on the requirements of the Housing Tax Credit program; however, staff discussed the addition of funds on other programs monitored by TDHCA.
