The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) hosted online Public Facilities Corporation (PFC) Compliance Monitoring Training on Friday, March 14, 2025.
This webinar was led by TDHCA staff and provides information for developments that were approved by a PFC or PFC sponsor prior to the enactment of HB 2071 on June 18, 2023. The intention of this webinar is to serve as an informational session for PFC Users, managers, and auditors to have an opportunity to learn the requirements of the PFC program.
