The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance division presented 2025: A Year in Review and What’s New in 2026 in Multifamily Compliance, on Friday, December 12, 2025. The webinar, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, spotlighted changes in multifamily compliance rules and regulations in 2025, what stayed the same, and what is coming in 2026. The intention of the webinar was to offer owners, management, and staff an opportunity to ask questions about the changes that went into effect and learn what is upcoming in the next year. It was also an opportunity for participants to review what frequently asked questions the Multifamily Compliance division has received since the general multifamily inbox launched ([email protected]).
