TDHCA posts Notices of Funding Availability for qualifying units of government, nonprofits and community agencies

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the Department) announces the availability of $24,517,4941 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)2 and $16,802,4813 of national Housing Trust Fund (NHTF)4 funding for the development of affordable multifamily rental housing for low-income Texans. Applicants under the 2022-1 NOFA will be accepted from December 10, 2021, through October 14, 2022 (if sufficient funds remain).
