The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) presented Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) Training on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The recording and resources can now be found online at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations.
The training was led by TDHCA compliance staff and provides a solid foundation of information that owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know in order to comply with the requirements for the Multifamily Direct Loan programs. Multifamily Direct Loan programs include HOME, TCAP RF, HOME-ARP, National Housing Trust Fund, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, and others as listed in the Texas Administrative Code that follow the MFDL rules.
