The Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) Updates webinar provides TDHCA housing partners an overview of the new HFC reporting and monitoring requirements. All parties affiliated with HFC developments, including owners, management, onsite staff, and auditors can benefit by watching the presentation. It gives a general overview of HFC requirements, explains the reporting process, and allowed participants an opportunity to ask questions.
