The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) presented Office Hours: HOME-ARP and the Unit Status Report (USR) on Friday, June 12, 2026.
This webinar was led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and included the HOME-ARP team. The presentation discusses the HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program and the Unit Status Report (USR). The webinar serves as an outline of the program requirements and reporting expectations. This is a general webinar on the HOME-ARP program and the USR and it provided housing partners an opportunity to ask questions about the program.
