The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance division presented an online webinar, the Complaint Process in Multifamily (MF) Compliance Training, on Friday, September 12, 2025. The training was recorded and is now available for viewing, along with relevant handouts, at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations.
This online webinar provided an overview of the complaint process and common issues found during the monitoring process by the Multifamily Compliance division. The intention of this webinar was to serve as an informational session for housing partners and gave an opportunity for participants to ask general questions about the complaint process and what is required of property staff, management, and ownership. No specific complaints were discussed.
