The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) presented Common Issues of Noncompliance Training on Friday, June 13, 2025.
This webinar was led by TDHCA staff and provided an overview of the most common issues of noncompliance seen in the programs monitored by the Multifamily Compliance Division. The webinar serves as an informational session for housing partners and gave an opportunity for general questions about common issues of noncompliance and the required corrective action. The webinar does not discuss specific reviews that have already been conducted or are scheduled to be conducted.
