The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted an updated version of the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application to its website at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
Changes to the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application include the addition of “new construction” in the drop-down menus, the removal of “additional phase of an existing development” in the Development Narrative tab, minor fixes to drop-down menus, and the unlocking of hidden cells. These changes to the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application are administrative updates rather than substantial alterations; as such, applicants who have already begun completing an application that would not be affected by these changes are not required to switch to the new iteration of the application form.
