As part of the 2026 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted available Third Party Reports for 9% HTC Applications. Appraisals, Environmental Site Assessments, Scope and Cost Reviews, and Feasibility Reports can be found on the Department’s website. Market studies have not yet been posted, as the submission deadline of April 6 has just passed and staff is currently reviewing submissions.
Additionally, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted the Quantifiable Community Participation list for 2026 9% HTC Applications. This list reflects documents received by TDHCA for the purpose of scoring points under Section 11.9(d)(4) of the 2026 State of Texas Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) related to Quantifiable Community Participation (QCP). This is solely a list of QCP packets received and under review that have a corresponding application submitted, and in no way affirms that the organizations are eligible, qualified neighborhood organizations or that the documents have met the minimum requirements of the QAP.
