TDHCA’s Single Family and Homeless Programs (SFHP) division has updated the ESG funding page with the 2025 ESG Final Application Log. You may go to https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/esg-funding to access the log. Please note, recommendations are not final until they are approved by the TDHCA Governing Board. This item is scheduled to be presented to the board at the next scheduled meeting on September 4, 2025.
