As part of the 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted logs for Local Government Support and Community Support from State Representatives, as well as an updated 9% Housing Tax Credit Full Application Submission Log. These can be found on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/competitive-9-housing-tax-credits.

Additionally, as part of the 2025 State Housing Tax Credit Allocation process, TDHCA has posted an initial Intent-to-Apply submission log. The requested amounts and new 30% Units proposed are those represented by applicants. No representation is made regarding how the applications would be ranked after staff review of the tie-breaker factors. The log can be found on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/competitive-9-housing-tax-credits.
