As part of the 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted available third-party reports for 9% Housing Tax Credit Applications. Appraisals, Environmental Site Assessments, Scope and Cost Reviews, and Feasibility Reports can be found on the Department’s website. Market studies have not been posted as the delivery date for this report is still upcoming.
Additionally, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted the Quantifiable Community Participation (QCP) list for the 2025 9% HTC applications. This list reflects documents received by TDHCA for the purpose of scoring points under Section 11.9(d)(4) of the 2025 State of Texas Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) related to the QCP. This is solely a list of QCP packets received and under review that have a corresponding application submitted, and in no way affirms that the organizations are eligible, qualified neighborhood organizations, or that the documents have met the minimum requirements of the QAP.
