TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted an updated version of the 2025 Multifamily Uniform Application. Version 2025.2 contains several corrections and minor technical fixes. All changes are outlined in the version’s release notes. Applicants for the 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) cycle that have substantially completed a 2025.1 Application may still submit that version, but are encouraged to thoroughly review the changes.
Additionally, as part of the 2025 9% HTC Allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted individually imaged 9% Pre-Applications. Those reviewing the materials are advised to use caution in reaching any definitive conclusions based on the included information alone. Applicants are encouraged to review 10 TAC Section 11.1(b) concerning Due Diligence and Applicant Responsibility.
