The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Compliance division has posted a webinar training regarding the new Monitor Review Questionnaire. The Monitor Review Questionnaire must be completed prior to any onsite or electronic monitoring review and is done electronically through the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS).
During the webinar, staff discussed the completion process of the newly revised questionnaire, demonstrated the step-by-step process of completing the questionnaire, and answered questions from attendees on the process.
