The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is pleased to announce a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for 2024 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Discretionary funds. TDHCA is seeking applications from organizations interested in administering projects focused on education and employment initiatives in Native American and Migrant and Seasonal Farm Worker populations.
Interested applicants must meet the requirements set forth in the NOFA and application, and must submit a complete application through the established system described in the NOFA by 5 p.m., Central Time, on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
