The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ Multifamily Finance staff will present a Direct Loan Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) at this week’s Governing Board meeting, scheduled for November 6, 2025. The NOFA will be included in the board book once posted.
