The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) seeks to notify Owners and Agents that the deadline to submit the 10% Test package for developments that received a 9% Competitive Housing Tax Credits (HTCs) award in 2025, or reallocation of HTCs due to a Force Majeure in 2025, is Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
