The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Compliance division has setup an email address for owners, management agents, onsite staff, and any interested parties to use for general questions about compliance and compliance-related items that are within TDHCA’s oversight. The new email address is [email protected]. Please allow three to five business days for responses to emailed questions.

Also note, the email should not be used to ask questions about an ongoing compliance monitoring review, physical inspection, open complaint, or other issues being handled by a specific Compliance staff monitor. If the owner has received communications from a specific Compliance staff monitor or has questions related to a specific ongoing Compliance matter, please communicate with the Compliance staff member connected to the review or matter.
