The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted a recording of its Income Determination Training from the presentation held on Friday, March 27.
The Income Determination webinar focuses on the eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs, and how to determine and document household income for Public Facility Corporations (PFC) and Housing Finance Corporations (HFC) developments. All affordable housing property owners, managers, on-site staff, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to view the free recording. The course was taught by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff and covered topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
After reviewing the training partners should:
– Understand eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs
– Have a better understanding of calculating income, and calculating assets and adjusted income
– Have answers to general questions about eligibility
