TDHCA staff will host a Written Policies and Procedures webinar on December 9, beginning at 10 a.m., Central Time. The webinar will highlight tenant selection criteria, and what is not allowed in written policies and procedures. Staff will also introduce new tools to help Multifamily development owners, managers and staff create policies that remain compliant with TDHCA’s rules.
The Written Policies and Procedures Webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, from 10 to 11 a.m., Central Time.
