Starting October 29, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Multifamily Compliance division is offering a three-week webinar series on how the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) is impacting Section 811 PRA Program certifications. At the end of the series, attendees should have a better understanding of Section 811 PRA certification requirements and how HOTMA impacts those requirements.
Each week of the three-part series will cover a detailed topic related to the Section 811 PRA program, including upcoming changes for the program with the implementation of HOTMA, Interim Recertifications, and Annual Recertifications. At the end of the three-week training, all recordings and handouts will be posted to the Department’s website and be available for further review.
