The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance Division invites all stakeholders to participate in a roundtable discussion concerning the status of compliance monitoring activities as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, TDHCA seeks input from stakeholders regarding best practices, policies, and industry expectations of the Department as on-site file monitoring and full physical inspections resume in the coming months.

Please note, TDHCA has not set a date to resume these monitoring activities. The purpose of this roundtable discussion is to assist the Department and stakeholders in being prepared once these activities can be performed safely.

The Roundtable is scheduled for April 21, 2021, at 10 a.m., Austin local time.
