The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Asset Management Division would like to remind owners and management agents that all multifamily developments under construction must submit a Construction Status Report (CSR) no later than October 10, 2024.
The Initial CSR is due for all Developments that received a 9% HTC Award in 2023. If construction has not yet started, please notify the assigned Asset Manager by October 10th.
A fee of $2,500 will be assessed for each CSR not submitted by the deadline.
