TDHCA announces that effective immediately, Colin Nickells has been named as the new TDHCA Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit Manager. Colin began his career with TDHCA in January 2021 as a senior policy analyst within the Division of Policy and Public Affairs.
Prior to joining TDHCA, Colin served as a management analyst at the Texas General Land Office, where he managed special projects relating to Community Development Block Grant programs for disaster recovery and mitigation.
He has a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in international economics from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of North Texas.
