The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) announced the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act second allocation application process. TDHCA has selected eight ESG CARES Coordinators for each of the CoC Regions where allocations are available.
