The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted the Amended 2019-2 Multifamily Special Purpose Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA): Predevelopment to its website. The First Amendment to the 2019-2 NOFA, as approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on March 21, 2019, clarifies that costs related to a Development Site that are discovered to be ineligible under 10 TAC Section 11.101 may be considered eligible costs under certain circumstances.
