The Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless (TICH) quarterly meeting scheduled for January 14, 2026, has been cancelled, and will be rescheduled for a new meeting date in February 2026. TICH serves as an advisory committee to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
