Public Comment Period for HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Amendment

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking public input on the draft Second Amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, which now totals $133,478,052. This updated amount reflects a reduction of $3,808,153 due to a federal allocation error, along with a reallocation of $4,317,058 from areas in Texas that did not utilize their HOME-ARP funds. The public comment period runs from October 14, 2024, to 5 p.m. Central Time on October 28, 2024.
