On May 17, 2020, the TDHCA Compliance Monitoring rules (10 TAC, Subchapter F) became effective in the Texas Register. Please visit our website and review the new rules which can be found at: https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/pmcomp/manuals-rules-htc.htm
Also of note is that the Affirmative Marketing Requirements and Written Policies and Procedures rules have moved to 10 TAC, Subchapter G.
TDHCA plans to offer a webinar to explain the new rules in coordination with the Texas Apartment Association. When details for that webinar have been finalized, an announcement with registration information will be sent out.
