TDHCA’s Multifamily Compliance division is offering a Spring “Lunch and Learn” series focused on Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) Compliance Monitoring. The Series will cover Title 10 of the Texas Administrative Code Chapter 10 Subchapter J Rule Section 10.1201-10.1207, and provide an overview of the HFC rule and the compliance requirements.
Each session will take a focused look at a key topic within the rule. The webinars will be conducted weekly in bite-sized, topic-driven sessions. All recordings and handouts will be posted to the Department’s website following the conclusion of the series.
