On April 24, 2019, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2019 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program (MTSP) income limits. These limits have been incorporated into the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Project Income and Rent Tool.
