Attention all 2024 9% Housing Tax Credit (HTC) cycle awardees: Please be aware the 2024 Carryover Allocation Agreement Questionnaire has been posted on the Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credits page of the TDHCA website under the “2024 Cycle Information” heading and “2024 9% HTC Carryover Allocation Information” subheading.
Please submit the completed questionnaire by September 13, 2024, for Multifamily Finance Program staff to prepare your 2024 Carryover Allocation Agreement (CAA). Staff will send you the CAA via DocuSign. The CAA must be executed by the Development Owner in time for DocuSign to make the executed document available to the Department no later than 5 p.m., Central time, November 1, 2024. This date also applies to submission of the Carryover Package.
