2025 HOME Program Income Limits Now in Effect

TDHCA’s Single Family & Homeless Programs Division has announced the 2025 income limits for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, effective June 1, 2025. The new limits must be used for all income certifications on or after that date and are available on the HUD Exchange website. To support compliance with 10 TAC §23.25(b), the Division has also released a new tool to help administrators determine whether households fall at or below 30% of Area Median Family Income—accessible under the Rent and Income Limits section.
