Trump to Nominate Patenaude as Deputy Secretary for Housing at HUD
WASHINGTON–April 28, 2017–President Donald Trump intends to nominate Pamela Patenaude to serve as Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), according to a White House announcement today. Patenaude is president of the J. Ronald Terwilliger Foundation for America’s Families, an organization that promotes housing’s place on the national agenda. Patenaude served as HUD’s White House liaison under President Ronald Reagan and HUD Deputy Secretary for Community Planning and Development under President George W. Bush. The appointment requires Congressional approval.
