Demetrio Jimenez, the president and co-owner of Tropicana Properties, will receive the Texas Apartment Association’s Bob Ross Independent Owner of the Year Award in Houston April 12 during the association’s annual Education Conference & Lone Star Expo.

“I am thrilled to be the recipient of this very esteemed award by my colleagues at TAA and am proud to represent the EPAA, Tropicana Properties and the El Paso community as a whole” said Demetrio Jimenez. “I share this honor with the outstanding team I am blessed to lead at Tropicana Properties, as well as my partners Bobby Bowling IV and Randy Bowling, who have provided the support and leadership that has elevated us to be the best affordable housing provider in El Paso.”
