The Qualified Allocation Plan and Multifamily Rules Committee of The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) Governing Board will meet Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, beginning at 2 p.m. Austin local time, in Room JHR 140 of the John H.
