The agenda for this meeting will include discussing Dispersion and Underserved Areas, as expressed in the State’s QAP and Uniform Multifamily Rules. TDHCA welcomes stakeholder input on how we may best address these concerns in the allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Meeting materials, including an updated Project Plan and a handout for this meeting’s discussion, will be posted to the Department’s website http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm prior to the meeting. The handout will also be distributed at the meeting.
Registration for the meeting is available through Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2018-qualified-allocation-plan-project-tickets-29891689849?aff=es2.
TDHCA has also initiated an online forum for the QAP Project Plan. In light of the conversation at the QAP Project Plan Meeting of December 14, 2016, staff have created an initial topic of discussion on what policy objectives stakeholders believe to be most important to the Housing Tax Credit multifamily housing programs. The TDHCA Online Forum for this discussion can be found on the Department’s website https://tdhca.websitetoolbox.com/?forum=572237.
