TAAHP’s board President K. Nicole Asarch authored an op-ed delving deeper into the reasons why TAAHP is against the elimination of PABs. Nicole’s op-ed was published in Tuesday’s Houston Chronicle.

The House tax reform plan, which will be voted on this week, includes the original language eliminating PABs entirely. The Senate version, which is being marked-up, preserves both 9% and 4% tax credits.
