Congratulations to TAAHP member Andrea Hope J. Steel who has been promoted to director at Coats Rose. She represents public housing authorities as well as affordable housing developers that build their developments with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) RAD and Housing Tax Credit programs.
