A lawsuit by Inclusive Communities Project Inc. against the U.S. Department of Treasury and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency made the claim that the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program is responsible for perpetuating racial segregation in Dallas.

The U.S. District court issued a summary judgement to dismiss the lawsuit on the grounds that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division cited that ICP didn’t have standing and a lack of merit.

It is not known if ICP will appeal the decision.
