Existing Development Guidelines and Screening Tool Posted 

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program (“Section 811”) has posted the following items related to all 2017 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Applications, Direct Loan-only Applications and Tax-Exempt Bond Development Applications that are layered with Direct Loan funds:

– Section 811 Program Guidelines for Existing Developments
– Section 811 Existing Development Screening Tool

These documents, which can be found at: https://goo.gl/OuU6vk,  are for applicants seeking to obtain a determination by TDHCA for existing developments to be approved to participate in Section 811.
