Compliance Monitoring Rules (Title 10, Chapter 1, Subchapter F, §10.610 and §10.613)
The Compliance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) has posted proposed amendments to Title 10, Chapter 1, Subchapter F, §10.610 concerning Written Policies and Procedures and §10.613 concerning Lease Requirements that were approved for public comment at the TDHCA Governing Board meeting on April 27, 2017.
The amendments have been published in the Friday, May 12, 2017, edition of the Texas Register and constitute the official version for purposes of public comment. The proposed amendments can be found on the Texas Register website at: http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml
The public comment period ends June 12, 2017. Written comments may be submitted to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Chief of Compliance Patricia Murphy, Rule Comments, P.O.
