TAAHP member Prospera Housing Community Services broke ground on on its Village at Henderson Apartments on the south side of Corpus Christi. The new complex will add 88 affordable units to the market. Residents will have the option of two- and three-bedroom apartments.

“There is a huge need for affordable housing. especially for working families,” said Gil Piette, Executive Director of Prospera Housing. “But it’s geared towards people that are working and raising families. Whoever, need some help with housing.”

The developer is expecting to allow families to move-in over the new few months.
